Show sweepstakes entries everywhere shoppers look. Sweepstakes entry widgets keep customers informed, increase engagement, and reduce confusion. Clean Sweeps includes widgets across your Shopify storefront and checkout.
Widget settings and troubleshooting
Choose the display for the information and page your customers need. Product/cart/checkout estimates, completed-order summaries and saved customer totals serve different purposes. Expand a widget below for its exact controls and limitations.
View current widget status on the existing Clean Sweeps Home dashboard. Check the live customer experience and saved entry awards separately.
Activation does not verify visibility, saved settings, customer/cart/campaign eligibility, displayed totals or recorded entry awards.

Product Widget (Latest)
Estimated entries for the selected product variant's unit price, with an optional effective multiplier badge.
Requirements: Free+; enable Product Widget in UI Settings.

Before enabling
- Use a product template with product/variant context and saved entry rules.
Limitations
- Estimates selected variant unit price, not quantity or a complete order.
- Variant changes without URL/history updates may not refresh the widget.
- Product Not Eligible wording and the X badge suffix are hardcoded; the display toggle does not change eligibility.
- Liquid customer tags support membership preview directly; the embed is not a strict prerequisite for that preview.
Troubleshooting
- Check product eligibility, campaign selection and variant price.
- For a custom image choose Custom Image first. A multiplier at or below 1 is hidden.

Before enabling
- Use cart context and an active campaign.
Limitations
- Refreshes about every three seconds; row names are hardcoded and appear only when relevant.
- Configured fallback is the first active returned campaign; no local sort proves most recent.
- Estimated totals are separate from saved awards.
Troubleshooting
- Change cart quantity and wait for a successful refresh.
- For missing referral rewards check the referral cart note and tracking embed; for membership preview check signed-in tags.

Before enabling
- Signed-in legacy/classic account with an email matching saved entries.
Limitations
- At most 1,750 records; filters out campaigns ending more than 90 days ago.
- Groups by campaign title, so duplicate titles can merge. Load errors can show No Results.
Troubleshooting
- Check account version and sign-in; use the new-account extension for new accounts.
- Compare saved Entrants records before interpreting an empty state or correcting awards.

- Use new customer accounts and customize through UI Settings > Customer account entry summary > Customize.
Limitations
- At most 600 records; excludes campaigns ending more than 90 days ago and groups by campaign title.
- Read failures can show the same empty state. Referrals need Platinum+, enabled referralCodes and a referrer record; empty entry state renders before referrals.
- Preserve usage/referral template tokens. Give means referred buyer; Receive means referrer. Existing default explanation reverses this wording: customize copy to match rewards.
- Preview and Restore defaults are editing aids, not verification of real customer data.
Troubleshooting
- Check new account sign-in and saved records rather than inferring zero from an empty state.
- For missing referrals check access, toggle and saved referrer separately from activation.
